Dixie Kong had been preparing for the upcoming Kong Karts championship for weeks. She spent day and night practicing with her kart, tweaking and modifying every inch of it to ensure maximum speed and agility. She was determined to win the championship this year and make her mark in the world of karting.
The day of the championship finally arrived, and Dixie was ready. She arrived at the track early, hoping to get in some last-minute practice. But as she was about to start her engine, her phone rang.
It was Donkey Kong.
"Dixie, we need your help," he said urgently. "K. Rool is back, and he's stolen all our bananas again. We need you to come and help us stop him."
Dixie hesitated, torn between the championship and her loyalty to her friends. But in the end, she knew what she had to do. She abandoned her kart and rushed to Donkey Kong Island, ready to fight.
For the next few weeks, Dixie didn't have a spare moment. She fought against K. Rool's minions and helped her friends gather the precious bananas they needed to fuel their island. She didn't even have time to think about the championship or her own goals.
When everything was finally settled, and K. Rool was defeated once again, Dixie realized how much she had sacrificed to help her friends. She knew she couldn't just leave without explaining what had happened to the championship organizers.
She decided to write them a letter, explaining that she had been called away to help her friends in a time of crisis. She apologized for any inconvenience she had caused and promised to make up for it in future championships.
And as she wrote, she realized that she didn't regret a thing. She had proven herself to be a true friend, and no karting trophy could compare to that.
NOTE:
Yeah, this works I guess.
I can pay that Dixie WAS in fact there helping the other Kongs but just that we don't see her during the events of Donkey Kong 64.
I think there is a lot that goes on that we don't see.
